Connie Mack's 1928 Philadelphia Athletics featured one of the greatest collections of Hall of Fame talent in  history. In uniform for the A's that season were Lefty Grove, Al Simmons, Jimmie Foxx, Mickey Cochrane, Tris Speaker, Eddie Collins and Ty Cobb. The team finished with 98 wins, 2.5 games behind the pennant-winning Yankees. This premium composite photo was distributed to fans through a Philadelphia newspaper.
